  • 負責服務櫃檯的相關事宜
  • 與客戶建立關係,維持良好溝通
  • 巡查大廈範圍內各類設施,紀錄清潔、保安及維修等事項,並安排跟進
  • 處理客戶查詢及投訴
  • 協助處理日常電話查詢
  • 需輪班工作
入職要求:學歷及專業資格:
  • 中五程度或以上
  • QAS證書及保安人員許可證
資歷:
  • 具備一年或以上相關客戶服務工作經驗優先考慮
  • 若具備三年或以上相關工作經驗可考慮聘請為高級客戶服務助理
  • 熟識物業管理運作為佳
  • 熟識電腦操作
  • 能操流利廣東話及英語、略懂普通話
  • 具備良好中英文書寫能力
