- Support recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding processes.
- Support payroll and benefits for full-time and part-time staff.
- Ensure compliance with employment regulations and tax requirements.
- Maintain HR records and support HRIS and reporting.
- Promote and uphold WWF’s Code of Conduct and organizational values.
- Lead the planning, recruitment, and onboarding of volunteers and interns.
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify volunteer and internship needs.
- Support the Head, People and Culture in developing engagement strategies to enhance volunteer experience and retention.
- Maintain databases, schedules, and feedback systems for volunteers and interns.
- Organize recognition events and communications to celebrate contributions.
- Assist in employee engagement and culture-building initiatives.
- Contribute to internal communications and staff development programmes.
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Minimum 4 years of HR experience, preferably with exposure to volunteer or internship coordination.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for conservation, sustainability, and community engagement.
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese; Mandarin is a plus.
- Less experience may be considered as officer level.
