  • Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and record keeping.
  • Assisting with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
  • Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with company policies.
  • Handle enquiries and communications with Law Society of Hong Kong and external insurance provider such as filing, preparing reports, submitting applications
  • Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires, including document preparation.
  • Assisting with payroll documentation and leave management systems.
  • Providing support for employee engagement initiatives and events.
  • Ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to and communicated effectively.
  • Collaborating with various departments to meet HR objectives.
The Successful Applicant
  • Degree holder in Human Resources or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
  • The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
