- Supporting the HR team with day-to-day administrative tasks and record keeping.
- Assisting with recruitment activities, such as scheduling interviews and managing candidate communications.
- Maintaining and updating employee records in compliance with company policies.
- Handle enquiries and communications with Law Society of Hong Kong and external insurance provider such as filing, preparing reports, submitting applications
- Coordinating onboarding processes for new hires, including document preparation.
- Assisting with payroll documentation and leave management systems.
- Providing support for employee engagement initiatives and events.
- Ensuring HR policies and procedures are adhered to and communicated effectively.
- Collaborating with various departments to meet HR objectives.
- Degree holder in Human Resources or a related field with 2+ years of experience.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- A proactive approach to learning and problem-solving.
- The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced professional services environment.
