  • Provide courteous and efficient service and, where possible, to comply with each and every guest request
  • Assign rooms according to guest requirements and update room status regularly
  • Work closely with the Housekeeping Department.
Requirements:
  • Certificate / Diploma holder in Hotel or Tourism Management preferred
  • Minimum 1-3 years of relevant experiences
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Good command of English and Putonghua
  • Less experience will be considered as Guest Services Officer
