Conveniently located in the heart of Wanchai’s business district with close proximity to MTR station.We are inviting applicants for the following position ofJob Description :

Process all check-in and check-out procedures in an effective and efficient way;
Provide high quality services and various information to guests;
Handle guests’ enquires effectively and efficiently.

Requirement :

Degree / Diploma holder or equivalent in Hospitality Management or related discipline;
Good command of both written and spoken English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
Applicants with more experience will be considered as Senior Guest Services Officer;
Fresh graduate will also be considered.
