- Lead and develop the Human Resources function, acting as a trusted advocate for employees to drive meaningful policy and cultural improvements.
- Develop and operate HR systems designed to energize and activate the workforce.
- Oversee the broader corporate functions, including Finance and IT (either directly as a GM or as a development goal for a Manager-level hire).
- Serve as a key strategic advisor to senior leadership on all corporate and cultural matters.
- Mentor and guide teams, fostering a positive, collaborative, and productive work environment.
- Proactively identify challenges within the organization and execute strategic solutions.
- An empathetic, approachable, and influential personality
- 10 years or above experience in strategic Human Resources, with a focus on project-based initiatives over routine tasks.
- Ideally, candidates will have senior leadership experience (e.g., as a General Manager) with a broad, practical understanding of Finance, HR, and IT.
- For senior-level consideration, being a Hong Kong national with deep knowledge of the local business culture is required.
- Candidates with a strong HR background and demonstrable ambition to grow into a General Manager role are also strongly encouraged to apply. (Less experience will be considered for the Senior/HR Manager title).
- Must possess a proactive and strategic mindset with the ability to work autonomously.
- Business level in Japanese (N1 or above) and English, Native Cantonese
- Ability to understand and navigate the nuances of Japanese communication.
- Double Pay + Discretionary Bonus
- 5 days work (flexible working hours), (9:00am-5:30pm)
- Annual leave start from 13 days, maximum 20 days
- Full pay sick leave 5 days per year
- MPF - VC 2.5% on basic salary
