Christian Action was established in 1985 as a Hong Kong registered charitable organisation. Our mission is to serve those who are poor, disadvantaged, marginalised, displaced or abandoned, aiming to give them hope, dignity and self-reliance. Our service recipients include underprivileged children and youth, the unemployed, low-income families, ethnic minorities, refugees, migrant domestic workers, as well as orphans and abandoned children in Qinghai, we also run social enterprise programmes. Our services are based on the example of Jesus Christ to serve all people regardless of their age, gender, nationality and religion.

  • Provide placement services to general and special service groups
  • Deliver job searching skills, career development and softskill training
  • Develop and manage the employer service to support different program needs
  • Supervise in the operation of different programmes
  • Provide admission screening service
  • Attend assigned meeting and work with different departments
  • Compile report and statistics
  • Any ad hoc duties as required
  • Working location: Choi Wan
  • Working hour: Mon-Fri 0830-1730
Job Requirement：
  • Degree holder or above is preferred
  • 5 years or above working experience in the field of customer services, training, counselling, social service, administration or human resources preferable
  • 3 years or above supervision experience in the related field
  • Knowledge in Labour Ordinance and Job Markets is an advantage
  • Good at Cantonese, fair at English, simple at Putonghua
  • Fair at Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Chinese Typing
