  • Higher Diploma or above
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills.
  • Customer oriented, attentive, and well-organized
  • Be able to work independently and as a team
  • Proficiency in Cantonese, an advantage for proficient Putonghua and English
Tasks & responsibilities
  • Greet customers, handle calls and email enquires.
  • Attend to customer requests promptly and courteously.
  • Build up and maintain a good relationship with customers.
  • Provide professional after-sales service.
  • Introduce promotion programs and products to customers.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisors.
