Promoting retail properties and acquiring branded tenants through business connections and associated marketing events are further duties. The incumbents also work closely with various internal teams to ensure both tenants and customers enjoy our service excellence.Requirements
  • University graduates or above, holder of professional qualification in real estates is preferable
  • Minimum 8 years of retail leasing experience with a strong market sense and good knowledge of retail leasing practice
  • Experience in managing large-scaled shopping malls and/or substantial portfolio of retail properties preferred
  • Excellent leadership, negotiation and interpersonal skills with strong analytical ability
  • Self-motivated, independent and able to work under pressure
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Good computer skills
  • Candidates with less experience will be considered as Assistant Leasing Manager
