- Manage and coach the team to drive sample performance with vendors proactively - sample evaluation, sample follow up through which actual fit issues are identified; to dig out problems behind and provide concrete resolutions to correct detective samples with vendors effectively
- Provide necessary trainings to vendors in order to keep meeting requirements from global buyers
- Liaise internally with merchandising teams, to provide prompt advice and support in order to propose corrective actions
- Act as a leader to monitor daily execution of sample fitting, construction and sample due date
- Bachelor's or above
- Experience of 3D or project management is a plus
- Solid experience managing garment technicians
- Fluent spoken and good written English
