Assist in maintaining the asset management system of Baggage Handling System (BHS) and/or other related electrical and mechanical facilities
Develop, refine and execute all related BHS operational procedures, contingency plans, drills and exercises
Monitor and report performance of BHS and/or other related electrical and mechanical facilities, and provide recommendation for improvement
Identify and arrange appropriate trainings to maintenance team and fault response team
Coordinate with fault response team to provide timely and effective fault response
Manage asset inspection and handover, workmanship monitoring, test & commissioning of alteration and improvement works, corrective and preventive maintenance works, and overhaul works of BHS and/or other related electrical and mechanical facilities
Conduct system fault investigation and analysis, and provide recommendation for improvement
Provide technical solutions to new development of BHS System and/or other related electrical and mechanical facilities works during the design, implementation and handover stage to ensure all maintenance requirements have been taken into account
Maintain asset register and drawings of the BHS and/or related electrical and mechanical facilities
Perform shift duties including overnight shift if required
QualificationsRequirements:
Higher Diploma / Higher Certificate in Electrical / Mechanical / Electronic Engineering or other related disciplines with at least 8 years’ relevant working experience in maintenance on large-scale system facilities, preferred to be related to BHS / Individual Carrier Systems / X-Ray machines / RFID systems. Degree holder with at least 6 years’ relevant working experience will also be considered
Proactive, service oriented and be able to work independently
Team player with strong communication, coordination, interpersonal, analytical and negotiation skills
Possess a valid HK driving license (Class 1,2) is preferred
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. Knowledge of Putonghua is an advantage
