- Adaption of Global Activation & PMU guidelines to meet regional customer space requirements
- Project Management of the full project cycle – including tender, quotation, supplier & Budget management, Installation.
- Supplier Management – working closely with regional supplier base to ensure S&R & QR compliance
- Manage a project: resources and planning monitoring, cost and risks evaluation etc.
- Engage stakeholders around the project and get their buy-in: communication and promotion of the project within organizational culture
- Manage the activations and experiences, including, promotional activities, campaigns, concepts, assets, creative and content proposals – incl. multi-media campaigns, social media etc., for each touchpoint, to maximize propagation of word of mouth, trial and sales
- Evaluate and monitor progressively the performance of the activations and experiences, and adjust actions accordingly
- Understanding of design process – with strong ability in adaption of global guidelines. Focusing on delivering impact in store within business constraints of timelines, budgets and environmental restrictions.
- Strong Technical production knowledge to support tendering/negotiations and budgeting of live projects and annual forecasting
- Degree in design (e.g. interior/graphif design) or related applied arts
- Comfortable to express ideas quickly with freehand sketches
- Mastery of Solidworks, Adobe creative suite and office.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- English fluency is a must. Another Asian language is a nice to have
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience preferably gained with a mix of creative and operational positions, with multiple markets / international exposure.
- Proven experience at designing and developing retail furniture and displays
- Proven project management experience in retail environment ideally of FMCG industry
