- Design, build, and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (Email Studio, Journey Builder, Automation Studio, etc.).
- Translate business goals and requirements into effective technical solutions and customer journeys.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and IT teams to align Marketing Cloud capabilities with overall business objectives.
- Manage data integrations between Salesforce Marketing Cloud and other platforms (e.g., CRM, web analytics, data warehouses).
- Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and optimize for continuous improvement.
- Ensure best practices in data management, privacy compliance, and deliverability.
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide end-user support and training as needed.
- Stay up-to-date with Salesforce releases, new features, and industry trends.
- Strong knowledge of Salesforce Marketing Cloud (MC) and best practices, with hands-on implementation experience highly preferred.
- In-depth understanding of the SFMC technical platform, with direct, practical implementation experience.
- Proven integration experience with core Salesforce platforms-Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
- Solid experience configuring Marketing Cloud, including:
- Proficiency with Cloud Pages
- Advanced SQL skills
- Deep understanding of Journey Builder and journey configuration
- MarTech knowledge/sense and familiarity with broader marketing technology platforms is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Information Systems, Business, or a related field.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
- Experience with customer journey mapping, segmentation, and marketing automation.
- Solid understanding of email deliverability, CAN-SPAM regulations, and data privacy.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Salesforce Marketing Cloud certification(s) preferred.
- Experience working in cross-functional teams and agile environments is a plus.
