You will receive active mentoring and sponsorship throughout the programme with key programme performance and evaluation checkpoints to ensure support and progress.Final Placement: Your performance and potential will be reviewed regularly, and post-programme placements will be aligned with your aspirations and strengths.Conduct research and assess the EV load demand in the power systemsPlan, design and implement smart grid projects (including EV load management solution and V2G application) to meet project timelines, budget and required standardsLead the team to engage and manage internal stakeholders and external stakeholders to enhance customer's charging experience and support EV adoptionLead the team to communicate project objectives, progress and milestones effectively to internal and external stakeholdersLead the team on procurement activities, including but not limited to technical specifications formulation, technical and commercial evaluationLead the team of engineering staff and contractors and ensure the compliance with the technical, safety, quality, and statutory requirementsProduce relevant documents, reports and presentation materials in support of different business needsKeep abreast of the trends and development of EV and its grid integration technologies and conduct relevant research and analysis to provide strategic insight on business planningWork in a matrixed manner with different team members as well as the wider organisation to manage, influence direction and ensure the teams' objectives are being met.Perform other duties assigned by supervisor as and when requiredRequirements:A recognized university degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Computer Engineering, Industrial and Systems Engineering or relevant disciplines with minimum 6 years of working experience in engineering functions of power systems.Practical experience in working across teams with different skills to ensure coherence and overall direction is appropriateStrong organization, communication, influencing and expectation management skillsAbility to think strategically as well as working pragmaticallySelf-motivated and capable of working without constant supervisionAbility to work as part of a diverse team leveraging different skills and backgroundExcellent business acumen with proven ability to conceptualize, design and carry out strategic analysis and effectively communicate recommendations to stakeholders.Strong analytical & critical thinking skills and numerical reasoning ability.Strong leadership, interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills.Good understanding of the power industry, understanding of Hong Kong regulation system on the industry is a plus.Ability to work independently and deliver quality result under tight schedule.Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese or Mandarin).Possession of a valid driving license will be an advantage.Work Location: Sha TinApplicants not invited for interview within 6 weeks from the closing date may assume their applications unsuccessful.
