Greeting Banking customer and visitors, handle phone calls
Provides support by handling correspondence, managing appointments, arranging conference and conference calls
Handle courier orders, incoming and outgoing documents
Documents and admin support
Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Experience:

5 subjects at Grade E/Level 2 or above in HKCEE/HKDSE including English, Chinese and Mathematics or above
Previous administrative experience in a client facing role preferred
Good spoken English, Cantonese and Putonghua
Excellent command of MS Word and Excel
Customer-oriented, self-motivated & details-minded
