Social Services Manager (Light Public Housing) (Job Ref: LPH-3A/M250621/250829)

• Develop, manage and supervise subordinate staff of the Light Public Housing projects.
• Monitor the Budget and ensure effective use of resources.
• Improve the quality of life of residents, enhance community cohesion, and promote sustainable development in the community.
• Lead service units in developing service strategies, monitoring their operations and processes, providing professional supervision, fostering multidisciplinary collaboration, enhancing service effectiveness, and ensuring service quality aligns with individual project contracts.
• Take up other tasks as assigned.

• Registered social worker with a Bachelor's degree or higher in Social Work, Social Science, or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience in community services or grassroots family services, including at least 5 years in supervisory and management roles. Experiences in social housing is a significant advantage.
• Demonstrated skills in strategic thinking, social innovation, sustainable development, community capacity building, and social entrepreneurship.
• Strong working knowledge of community resources and public services in Hong Kong.
• Independent, self-motivated, and capable of working under pressure.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese.
