- Coordinating internal and external communications, including correspondence and scheduling.
- Supporting senior management with administrative tasks and meeting preparations.
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures in the office environment.
- Leading efforts to improve office efficiency and implement new processes as needed.
- Supervising and mentoring a small team of administrative support staff.
- Oversee the department budgeting
- Higher education in business administration or relevant
- Over 8 years solid experience as an office manager in an MNC
- A proactive and detail-oriented approach to managing tasks and solving problems.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills to handle various responsibilities.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, in English.
- Proficiency in office software, including word processing, spreadsheets, and scheduling tools.
