- Provide daily operational support across two data centre sites and ICT rooms.
- Monitor and respond to service hotlines; coordinate issue resolution and escalate when necessary.
- Handle incidents, perform initial troubleshooting, and escalate to higher-tier support as needed.
- Operate and monitor computer systems and related infrastructure.
- Coordinate with and support external customers and vendors during on-site activities.
- HKCEE/HKDSE or above
- Strong communication skills with a customer-oriented mindset.
- Willing to work 12-hour shifts, 4 days per week (including weekends and holidays).
- Fresh graduates and candidates with no prior experience are welcome to apply (Trainee positions available).
