We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior System Analyst within the banking and financial services sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system development, analysis, and design, with hands-on experience in programming.Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and participate in the full software development life cycle (SDLC), including requirements gathering, system analysis, design, development, testing, and documentation.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders to understand and translate business needs into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement robust, scalable, and secure systems using technologies such as C#, JavaScript, and VB.NET.
  • Conduct system integration, user acceptance testing (UAT), and provide post-implementation support.
  • Prepare and maintain comprehensive technical documentation and user manuals.
  • Provide mentorship and technical guidance to junior analysts and developers.
  • Ensure systems comply with industry standards, security policies, and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 5-7 years of hands-on experience in system development, preferably within the banking or financial services industry.
  • Proficient in system analysis, design, coding, testing, and documentation.
  • Strong programming skills in C#, JavaScript, VB.NET, and related technologies.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in English and Chinese (both written and spoken) is essential.
  • Less experience candidates will be considered for System Analyst role.
