  • 負責日常大廈維修保養工作包括: 機電設備、水喉、油漆、木工、泥水、冷氣等
  • 緊急處理維修工作
  • 妥善填寫維修及保養報告
  • 協助跟進及監察保養商及工程承辦商工作
  • 執行其他由上級指派的工作
要求:
  • 具三年或以上有關物業維修保養經驗, 並持有電工A牌
  • 持有工業學院發出之屋宇裝備工程證書或冷氣證書優先考慮
  • 持有香港政府發出之B電牌獲優先考慮
  • 具良好溝通技巧及能操流利廣東話及簡單英語
  • 具良好責任感
  • 每天工作8.5小時
