Job Description:The CompanyOur client, a boutique asset management, is looking for a Senior Fund Accountant joining their growing team with fund accounting & operations duties using Paxus system.The RoleAbout the Role:Are you seeking for a work-life balance opportunity with buy-side exposures? My client, a boutique asset management, is seeking for a Fund Accounting professional. This role offers exposure to fund administration, operations and FRR reporting with the opportunity to work closely with a small, collaborative team in a family-like atmosphere.Key Responsibilities:Fund Accounting & Administration:
  • Utilize Paxus fund administration system for hedge fund and PE funds.
  • Liaise with external fund administrators to ensure smooth operations.
  • Support fund servicing activities, including reconciliations and reporting.
Corporate Accounting Support:
  • Collaborate with the Corporate Accounting team to ensure seamless coverage during absences.
  • Assist in simple FRR reporting and other corporate accounting tasks.
Operational Duties:
  • Provide asset servicing and investment product support for the newly established SFC-licensed entity.
  • Ensure compliance and operational efficiency across all fund structures.
Your Profile
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in fund administration and operations, with exposure to Paxus fund administration system is a plus.
  • Background in fund services, fund services, asset management, or family office environments.
  • CPA qualification is optional but welcomed.
  • Strong attention to detail, proactive attitude, and ability to work independently within a small team.
