  • Provide administrative support to Housekeeping Department;
  • Handle all telephone calls with other departments and hotel guests; &
  • Reply all messages and orders accuartely and efficiently.
Qualifications
  • Diploma in hospitality management or related discipline;
  • Minimum 1 year experience in hotel industry, experience in housekeeping office will be an advantage;
  • Willing to work on shifts and coordinate among teams;
  • Outgoing and customer oriented personality;
  • Hands on knowledge and skills in MS office; &
  • Fluent command in English & Mandarin
