- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Design and deliver Management Information (MI) reports for executive leadership using Power BI and advanced Excel formulas, pivot tables, and dashboards
- Analyze financial data to support budgeting, forecasting, and accounting processes
- Identify and assess Third Party Risk and contribute to Non-Financial Resilience Risk Management initiatives
- Translate business needs into functional specifications for technical teams
- Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements
- Support project planning, scope definition, and timeline management
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and presentations
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and regulatory standards
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field
- 3-6 years of experience in business analysis, financial planning, or risk management
- Proficiency in Power BI, Excel (including formulas, pivot tables, and data modeling)
- Strong understanding of accounting principles and budgeting cycles
- Experience with Third Party Risk Management and operational resilience frameworks
- Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
