Talent Development/L&D Manager

• Develop and execute talent management strategies-competency modelling, leadership development, and employee development programs
• Establishing principles, frameworks and philosophies for talent strategies, for example, talent acquisition and development, performance management and succession planning
• Optimize performance and career growth frameworks to support employee growth and career progression to groom future ready talents
• Conduct training needs assessments to identify skill gaps and learning opportunities
• Design, deliver, and evaluate training programs (e.g., leadership development, technical skills, soft skills)
• Design applied learning strategies to ensure knowledge transfer to the workplace
• Manage e-learning platforms, workshops, and certification programs
• Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives (e.g., surveys, recognition programs, wellness activities).
• Foster a positive workplace culture by promoting diversity, inclusion, and employee well-being
• Organize staff events, town halls, and feedback sessions to enhance morale

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Organizational Psychology, Business Administration, or related field
• Experienced in talent management, L&D, or HR
• Certifications: SHRM-CP/SCP, ATD (Association for Talent Development), or similar is a plus
• Strong facilitation and instructional design skills
• Data-driven mindset with expertise in HR analytics
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
