Our client, a well-established bank is now urgently looking for a high-caliber candidate to lead their product development team under corporate banking department.工作職責
Lead a team to formulate product strategy and new product development of corporate banking business including but not limited to trade finance, cash management, treasury & wealth, lending products, cross-border, etc
Initiate marketing strategies and business plan to enhance the competitiveness in the market
Develop and drive new strategic products planning and implementation to achieve for the growth of corporate banking business
Design and optimize business plans, workflow, system, sales channels, etc
Work closely with Legal and Compliance, Risk, Operation Departments to ensure product procedures and policies in compliance with regulatory requirements
Provide product training, presentation and updated market information to frontline staff
工作要求
Degree holder or above in related discipline
Minimum 10 years of experience in product management of business banking / corporate / commercial banking
Solid knowledge on corporate banking business, with sounds knowledge of full product development cycle for trade finance, cash management products, etc.
Familiar with regulatory requirements of banking industry
Strong analytical, presentation and interpersonal skills with strategic mindset
Proficiency in MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
Excellent in spoken and written English and Chinese (both Cantonese & Mandarin)
