Assist in vetting tender or contract documents
Assist in preparation of contractual, claims
Preparation of sub-contract document

Responsibilities:

Assist in vetting tender or contract documents;
Assist in preparation of contractual, claims & dispute solving;
Preparation of sub-contract document;
Settlement of variation and final accounts;
Assist in handing arbitration and litigation cases
Five-day work week

Requirements:

Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline;
At least 5 years relevant experience in E&M field;
Member of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors (RICS) or the Hong Kong Institution of Surveyors (HKIS) is an added advantage;
Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
Good interpersonal and negotiation skills;
Be meticulous, analytical with excellent problem-solving skills, proactive, highly motivated, a good team player;
Able to work under pressure and meet tight working schedule
