  • Assists in supervising daily shift operations
  • Supervises staffing levels to ensure that guest service, operational needs and financial objectives are met
  • Handles guest problems and complaints, seeking assistance from supervisor as necessary
  • Monitors employees to ensure performance expectations are met
  • Communicates to Chef and other Outlets Manager any issues regarding food quality and service levels
  • Handles employee questions and concerns
  • Coaches and counsels employees regarding performance on an on-going basis
Requirements:
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in Hospitality or a related field
  • A minimum 5 years working experience or related fields
  • Good business sense with excellent serving manner
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
  • Acquire good training and coaching skills
  • Good command in English, knowledge in other languages is an advantage
