- Lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT) by designing test cases, coordinating execution with operations staff, and tracking defect resolution.
- Define and prioritize business needs for system upgrades, ensuring IT solutions align with operational requirements.
- Map and analyze existing post-trade workflows to identify inefficiencies, risks, and opportunities for improvement.
- Bridge the gap between business operations and IT, ensuring seamless communication during the migration to a new post-trade platform.
- Oversee project execution, identifying roadblocks, mitigating risks, and ensuring smooth transition with minimal disruption.
- Train and support end-users to maximize system adoption and operational efficiency post-migration.
- Strong understanding of post-trade operations (clearing, settlement, reconciliation).
- Hands-on experience with system migrations, including requirements gathering and UAT.
- Proficiency in UAT coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication
- Familiarity with financial systems (e.g., CCASS, SWIFT, trade repositories) is a plus.
- Exceptional communicator, able to influence outcomes and foster collaboration across teams.
