  • Responsible to explore sales lead and new sales opportunities for POS, PMS system ;
  • Responsible to achieve annual sales target and coordinate with company strategy ;
  • Responsible to manage excellent customer relationship with existing customers and explore for up-selling opportunities ;
  • To organize workshop, campaign or marketing event with marketing team by half- yearly or yearly ;
  • To work closely with project team to ensure project delivery fulfil customer expectation and requirements ;
  • To handle customer complaints and enquiries in office hour , non-office hour and coordinate with internal team ;
Job Requirements:
  • Experienced in account servicing or sales is preferred ;
  • Experienced in hospitality field is preferred ;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skill with customers and internal teams;
  • Self-motivated and pro-active to follow sales opportunities ;
  • Strong problem solving skills;
  • Fluent in written & spoken of English, Cantonese & Mandarin;
