University degree holder with 5 years' relevant working experience is preferred

Knowledge of contact centre with hands on experience in complaint handling and supervising service delivery. Experience with using the latest Ai technologies and contact centre solutions would be an advantageAbility to lead a high performing team with strong motivational and coaching skillsStrong customer service orientation, commitment and passion to delivering visitor hospitalityProblem solving and creative thinking skills in providing visitor assistance under emergency situationsProficient in spoken and written English and Chinese at business levelsWilling to take up shift duties and work under rosterWHAT BENEFITS ARE WE OFFERING?
