Host & Barista - Executive Lounge (Mon-Fri, 9am-6pm)

• Customer Engagement: Warmly welcome and greet customers as they arrive, ensuring a positive first impression.
• Beverage Service: Prepare and serve beverages to customers, adhering to brand standards.
• Customer Assistance: Address customer inquiries and provide information about our products and services, ensuring a satisfying experience.
• Maintaining Cleanliness: Ensure the beverage service area is clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the team to ensure seamless service and enhance the overall customer experience.

• Relevant diploma or education in Hotel Management or Hospitality is preferred.
• Highly fluent in spoken English; additional languages are a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail and a customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining composure.
