The Processing Specialist drives the smooth and accurate completion of all employment documentation and immigration processing from start to finish. This role ensures compliance, coordinates with employers and workers, and delivers timely updates to stakeholders. By executing the back-end workflow, the Processing Specialist supports the Relationship Manager in providing a seamless experience for both employers and workers. Both roles report to the General Manager.

  • Document Management & Compliance
  • Own the accuracy of employment documentation. You prepare, review, and verify all forms to ensure compliance. You track everything from start to finish.
  • Maintain accurate records in Salesforce and apply checklists to double-check completeness.
  • Employer & Worker Coordination
  • Gather and follow up on required documents from employers and workers.
  • Work closely with the Relationship Manager to ensure correct requirements, onboarding, and timelines, while managing expectations for all parties.
  • Immigration & Government Submissions
  • Own the visa application process: prepare and submit applications to government and regulatory bodies, monitor progress and handle follow-ups.
Communication & Reporting
Manage the flow of information. You will deliver timely status updates to clients and stakeholders.
Coordinate with regulators and partners to resolve processing issues and sustain ongoing communication.What Success Looks Like

  • Keep employers and workers informed with proactive, timely updates.
  • Complete immigration and verification processes without delay.
  • Collaborate closely with the Relationship Manager to deliver a seamless employer and worker experience.
What We’re Looking For
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to spot errors quickly.
  • Proven ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple timelines.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce or similar systems is an advantage.
