- 協助及處理場地簡單的設施維修工作（水、電、門、地板、墻身、潔具、捲閘等）；
- 處理及協助維修後續改善工作；
- 協助日常維修及場地工程設施等數據的收集。
要求: - 熟悉各類冷氣系統及組件 ( 如水泵、系統基本操作及維修保養 )者優先考慮
- 具備機電工程相關經驗或冷氣保養維修相關工作經驗者優先考慮
- 持有電力工程人員證書A牌者優先考慮
- 必須持有有效平安卡
- 主動、有責任感及能獨立工作
- 持有有效貨Van駕駛執照者優先考慮
