Ecospace Limited, a subsidiary of Veolia Hong Kong & Macau, operates Hong Kong’s only Chemical Waste Treatment Facility, managing hazardous and medical waste since 1993. The facility ensures safe, reliable, and environmentally responsible waste management.職責：

計劃及監導維修團隊依照指引執行恆常維修工作、定期預測性保養和維修工作
管理廠房之設備及機械安裝、維修及保護
確保設備的穩定性和安全性監測及檢測，對廠房設備之故障進行診斷與維修
與其他門部和外判各方協調以促進預防性和糾正性的維護工作
整合前線的反饋並定期向管理層匯報維修團隊之工作表現及進度
維護和管理設備機械之零件及材料庫存
評估工作場所內所有安全和健康的風險，並在必要時採取預防措施
安排和實施每月預防性維護系統(PMS System)

資歷：

具電機工程 / 屋宇裝備文憑 / 高級文憑或相關學歷
10年或以上從事機械設備操作及維修保養經驗之工作經驗，其中至少3年管理層經驗；
具備帶領維修團隊及監管外判商進行維護工作之能力；
具備基本閱理機械圖紙之知識；
具備庫存管理經驗為佳及
具備獨立處理維修保養之能力

其他能力：

良好人際關係及溝通能力；
具備不同類型機械設備知識，包括：機械密封、各類型泵浦維修及馬達的中心校正等；
持有建造業工人註冊證、平安咭及密閉空間核准工人證明書優先；
良好中文寫作和粵語口語能力
