- You have Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of 2 years of Human Resources experiences, particularly in co-worker relations, preferably from retail and/or service environments
- You have experience in managing data within People systems (SAP)
- You have strong business acumen with a focus on customer needs
- You are attentive to details and have ability to prioritize and organize work effectively in alignment with agreed Human Resources priorities
- You are skilled in gathering and analyzing facts and statistics to develop clear reports for informed decision-making
- You are familiar with local labour laws and market practices related to co-worker issues
- You are quick learner who can easily adapt to changing demands and environments
- You are proficient in project management skills to oversee and execute initiatives effectively
- You have strong negotiation skills and ability to solve problems effectively
- You have excellent communication skills, capable of managing relationships with diverse stakeholders with confidence and credibility
- You are proficient in English both written and verbally
- Contribute to the implementation of IKEA North Asia People Strategy, ensure that strategy and action plan are operationally implemented and follow-up in a timely manner to achieve business objectives
- Act as key talking partner for service office co-worker, provide support and advice for people practice, annual people cycle, issues
- Deliver high quality co-workers experience from on-boarding to off-boarding for service office co-workers and regular follow-up the feedback for improvement by working closely with People & Culture Business Partner Leader and Talent Acquisition Leader
- Responsible for co-worker engagement activities in Service Office and People & Culture related internal communications
- Responsible for IKEA North Asia and People & Culture SharePoint Management, including account access management, content renew and improve by working with IT and other functions to secure up-to-date and clear information to everyone
- Identify, evaluate and monitor actual and potential co-workers issue evolving internally or externally that could create significant risk for IKEA. Assist in resolving these co-worker relations issues and ensure that processes and decisions align with company policies, guidelines and local labour law
- Participate in the plan, implementation and follow-up of People & Culture action plan and projects, such as iShare, IKEA/DFI Equality, Diversity and Inclusion, process optimisation to support business priorities and people strategy
- Responsible for People & Culture operational and administrative tasks including preparing employment contract and letter, updating employee data in Talent Central, managing procurement and payment process
