- Handle daily insurance receipts and payments, commission settlement
- Prepare journal vouchers for transaction booking in accounting ledger
- Support month-end and year-end closing
- Prepare bank reconciliations
- Perform ad hoc tasks as assigned by supervisor
- Higher diploma or above in Accounting, Finance or related subjects
- Experience in receipt and payment function is required, preferably in insurance industry
- Ability of multi-tasking and working under pressure to meet tight deadline
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Office, especially Excel and Word
- Experience in AS400 and/or SAP is an advantage
