- Oversee transformation initiatives and engage with stakeholders to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness and ensure alignment with the strategic objectives of the IT team
- Lead on reviewing IT contract management, vendor management and procurement to discover areas for improvement and resource optimization
- Propose and develop solutions for project process improvement and support ongoing process for new/renewal procurement to ensure value for money
- Act as a representative from PMO team to support project managers on necessary project governance in project management process
- Monitor the project financials, PMO processes to comply with company standard and internal policies,
- Develop effective project portfolio management procedures for project prioritization based on strategic value, resource availability, and risk management
- Design and deliver management reports, performance metrics and dashboards to monitor day-to-day progress, project and portfolio performance to facilitate a data-driven decision-making process
- Bachelor Degree or above in Information Technology, Business Administration, Finance or equivalent
- 10+ years of experience in Project Management or PMO, of which 2+ years at team lead level
- Possess relevant certification such as Agile, Lean Six Sigma, Project Management Professional (PMP or PRINCE2), etc.
- Experience in process re-engineering in project management, PMO, change management planning and execution
- Experience in running tender process, RFP/RFQ, vendor selection and vendor management
- Experience in IT Procurement and Contract Management
- Strong business acumen with solid problem-solving skills with a track record of success in managing stakeholders in a complex environment
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
