Our Investment Department is currently looking for high caliber candidate to joinResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement the company’s virtual asset management strategies based on market trends and client demandsManage product strategy and roadmap execution for blockchain and Web3 servicesIdentify opportunities, research trends and develop new digital asset productsStay current on blockchain, Defi, virtual asset development globally and locallyPrepare virtual asset listing proposal in accordance with the regulatory requirements of the SFCCollect and analyse client data, prepare periodic reports and provide insights to support business decision-makingStay connected with the virtual asset industry and interact with market participantsSupport business development and product development processComplete other ad-hoc assignments and projectsRequirementsDegree holder in Finance, Business, Blockchain Technology or related field3+ years of product management experience in asset management industry, preferably with prior sales experienceRelevant experience in the management of VA or related products is a mustStrong analytical and research skills, interest in cryptocurrency, blockchain technology and Real-World Assets (RWA)Familiarity with RWA, tokenised assets and hybrid digital asset structuresKeen sense of the Hong Kong virtual asset regulatory landscape and awareness of global regulatory trends in digital assetsUnderstanding of relevant regulations, compliance requirements and risk management best practicesProficient in exchange products, trade protocols, order types and mainstream trading platformsFluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin) both in written and spokenWe offer competitive remuneration package and comprehensive fringe benefits to the right candidates.
