Handle day-to-day IT operations and provide technical support to end users of corporate office and business units
Handle the system administration of the Windows and Server maintenance
Provide troubleshooting to IT problems; installation, administration and support of all hardware and software products
Develop, maintain and support web based applications
Handle VPN and LAN network administration
Computer-related fixed assets control and maintenance
Responsible for data integrity, stability and availability of database system
Set up and document procedures related to security, system shut downs and emergencies

Requirements

Higher diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
3 - 5 years IT experience in Hospitality
Knowledge of Server Operating System and MS Windows; trouble-shooting and user support; experience gained in Hotel Industry is preferred
Experience in VPN and VoIP
Strong communication skills
Responsible and able to work independently
Willing to be on call
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediate available is preferred
