- Present and introduce the high-end residential project development to visitors, including project models, show flats and mock-up units; answer enquiries from visitors and provide support in sales activities when necessary
- Support in controlling crowd to ensure a smooth visitor flow
- Manage the audio and video zones and liaise with vendor to resolve technical issues
- Assist in managing sales hotlines and answering enquiries
- Consolidate and prepare reports from the data collected including visitor number, enquiries for management reporting, provide support to sales team in market research
- Support in arranging VIP tour when necessary
- Assist in maintaining the tidiness of sales office
- Assist in inspecting the condition of show flats and mock-up units and prepare defect report
- Perform any other ad hoc duties when necessary
- Diploma or above with relevant experience in customer services is preferred, fresh graduate is welcome
- Possess excellent customer centric mindset, be flexible, smart, attentive to details, responsible and good team player
- Proficiency in both written and spoken English and Cantonese; fluent in Mandarin is an advantage
- Proficiency in MS Office including Word and Excel
- Shift duty is required
