As a reliable financial partner, we attend to the specific business needs of our customers and provide efficient tailor-made banking solutions through our relationship managers and dedicated specialists.We are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join our department as District Head, Relationship Management, reporting to Head of Business Banking.Principal responsibilitiesFormulate, implement and manage tactical campaigns to support achievement of Business Banking's plan on growth and customer experienceDrive a mindset and skill change among his/ her teams and to encourage cross-department / division / boarder collaborationLead, direct and supervise multiple sales teams to achieve the respective sales/ income targets and deliver excellent services to SME customersSet expectations, share best practice and manage, monitor, coach and develop leaders to ensure that they maximize their performance, meet the required standards, and continuously develop their capabilitiesEnsure all sales teams adhere to the internal and external policies of the Bank and regulators, albeit the highly competitive commercial marketRequirementsSignificant banking experience with at least 3 years' experience in serving SME segment, and minimum 3 years in management / supervisory rolePasses in the Insurance Intermediaries Qualifying Examinations and fulfillment of the competency requirements to carry out regulated activities as defined under the Securities and Futures OrdinanceStrong self-motivation and team leadershipStrong sales and customer orientation, with excellent communication, interpersonal and analytical skillsStrong sense of managing credit and financial crime riskProficiency in both English and Chinese, fluency in Putonghua an advantageHigh level of customer centricity mindset with dedication to deliver exceptional quality services for customersProfessional qualifications such as Enhanced Competency Framework (ECF) and/or Certified Banker (CB) under Hong Kong Institute of Bankers (HKIB) would be an advantage.You'll achieve more when you join Hang Seng Bank Limited.Hang Seng is committed to service excellence.
