- Analyse project revenues and direct/indirect costs against forecasts on an on-going basis
- Establish procurement strategy and planning with relevant teams in project
- Coordinate with collections team for timely collection of payments from clients
- Coordinate with financial institutions for timely payment to suppliers and sub-contractors
- Create project cash flow reports periodically basis analysis of costs incurred across all cost centers
- Prepare, submit and monitor monthly progress claims to the client
- Manage competing priorities and conflicts with other work streams
- Degree holder in Quantity Surveying or related disciplines
- Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
- MEP commercial experience is preferable
- Knowledge of legal aspects relevant to contracting
- Strong leadership skills and decision making
- Good communication and interpersonal skill
