
Senior Consultant (Admin/ Programme Management) (2-year contract) - Enterprise Risk - Hong Kong

- Work as a team member to provide high-quality support and execution of projects for clients across a wide range of industries, with a particular focus on public sector organizations, including but not limited to primary/secondary schools, non-governmental organizations, and higher education institutions.
- Coordinate and support administration works related to the project delivery, such as liaison of meetings, interviews and events with relevant supporting materials, progress monitoring, database maintenance, document and correspondence handling and filing.
- Assess, validate and organize project related information and records into a structured database.
- Ensure compliance with policies, guidelines, and operational manuals.
- Support in regular and ad hoc reporting requests from supervisors.
- Handle enquiries from external parties and clients.
- Liaise with external parties on various events and programmes.
- On occasional basis, conduct reviews on the systems, processes, procedures of Clients, assess the financial and operational records, reports and any relevant documents provided by such clients, with reference to standard operating procedures. Identify, provide and communicate constructive and fit-for-purpose recommendations to clients for improvement and produce deliverables.
- Bachelor's degree or above in related disciplines, e.g., business, marketing, communications, social sciences, or any other disciplines.
- 3 – 8 years of experience in programme operations and administration functions of public sector organization (e.g. non-governmental organizations) or professional service firm is an advantage. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Consultant/Analyst.
- Experiences in working with secondary schools and/or managing scholarship scheme is preferred, but not a must.
- Be able to handle sensitive and confidential matters in a professional manner.
- Proactive attitude with a strong willingness to learn new tools, methodologies and technologies related to project management.
- Attention to details, with high level of accuracy in tracking project details.
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese. Fluent Cantonese is a must. Good-spoken Mandarin is an advantage.
- Reliable and independent team player who has an excellent working attitude with high working efficiency.
- Be organized, proactive, self-motivating and detail-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility.
- Have hands-on experience in Microsoft Office applications and proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. Proficiency in survey tool (e.g. Qualtrics) is an advantage.
- No outbound travelling is required. Flexible working arrangements are negotiable.
