  • Support the Marketing and operations units of Private Banking Department to provide quality deposit and remittance services to PB customers.
  • Perform transactions on current and savings accounts including account opening and closing.
  • Perform transactions in fixed deposits including deposits creation/renewal/redemption.
  • Handle application of general banking products and services (e.g. credit card application, ATM card application, change of customer information, change of signature etc)
  • Perform various maintenance transactions (e.g. place hold/float, set-up/amend/cancel standing instruction, upload data for auto payment etc)
  • Report promptly any suspicious cases of money laundering or terrorist case.
  • Perform other ad-hoc clerical duties
Requirements
  • Form 7 graduate or above preferred
  • Experienced in Teller/ Counter Servicing role would be an advantage
  • HKIB or equivalent professional qualifications is an advantage
  • At least 3 years’ experience in banking operation
  • Good understanding of AML regulatory requirements and relevant internal policies and guidelines, procedures, practices and rules.
  • Knowledge of the private banking operations, products and services is preferable.
