Investor Relations Manager (HK Listed co) - Up to 80k

• Develop and execute a comprehensive investor relations communication strategy.
• Prepare accurate and timely financial reports, earnings releases, and relevant materials.
• Cultivate and maintain relationships with investors, analysts, and key stakeholders.
• Act as the primary point of contact for inquiries from the investment community.
• Coordinate and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, and conferences.
• Monitor and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments.
• Oversee the preparation and distribution of proxy statements and annual reports.
• Manage shareholder communications, including proxy solicitations and responses.
• Ensure investor relations activities align with corporate governance standards.

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Advanced degrees or professional certifications (e.g. CFA, NIRI) are a plus.
• Demonstrated experience in investor relations, finance, or relevant roles.
• Strong financial acumen and comprehensive understanding of financial markets.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to establish and nurture robust relationships with investors and stakeholders.
• Familiarity with SEC regulations and proficiency in meeting reporting requirements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling and analysis.
