Project Title: Assessing the Impact of an AI-Integrated Learning Platform on Senior
Secondary Science Learning[Appointment period: 12 months]The appointee will participate in a large-scale donation project aimed at enhancing science learning
among secondary school students through an AI-integrated learning platform. The appointee will be
responsible for undertake research-related duties and providing research support for a collaboration
project with the project advisors and team. Responsibilities include assisting in writing research and
project proposals, conducting research activities (including qualitative and quantitative data
collection and analysis), contributing to the preparation of reports, seminars, meetings, and
knowledge transfer events, aiding in the dissemination of findings in high-quality peer-reviewed
journals, books/chapters, and reports; and supporting other research/evaluation duties related to the
project. The appointment will be for approximately 12 months.For the post of Research Assistant I, applicants should hold a Bachelor's degree in Education,
Science, or a related discipline, with an understanding of research methods and data analysis
techniques. For the post of Research Assistant II, applicants should have at least Level 2 or
equivalent or above in five subjects including Chinese Language, English Language and
Mathematics in HKDSE; or Grade E (Level 2) or above in five subjects including Chinese, English
(Syllabus B) and Mathematics in HKCEE or equivalent. Preference will be given to applicants with
experience in primary/secondary education sectors in Hong Kong and mainland China, as well as
experience in educational research. Working experience in assisting school-based support projects
offered by tertiary institutions and teaching experience in primary/secondary schools will be
advantageous. Applicants should have a strong command of both written English and Chinese, and
be able to speak Putonghua and Cantonese. They should also be capable of working independently,
be good team players, possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, pay attention to
