  • Dedicated resources to provide IT support for all VIP users of customers in the Head Office.
  • Support all kinds of incidents reported by VIP staff of customers until the issue is resolved.
  • Fulfill all IT service requests raised by VIP staff of customers.
  • Prepare, rehearse, and standby for meeting support requested by VIP staff of customers.
  • Provide IT support services at any location requested by VIP staff of customers, e.g., outside of the office.
  • Diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
  • At least 4 years of working experience in an IT-related field with solid VIP support experience.
  • Knowledge of PC, mobile, tablet, and iPad support.
  • Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Apple macOS, Android, and iOS-based applications.
  • Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is preferred.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in banking or the financial services industry is an advantage.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
