
VIP Deskside Support Engineer (25-35K)

- Dedicated resources to provide IT support for all VIP users of customers in the Head Office.
- Support all kinds of incidents reported by VIP staff of customers until the issue is resolved.
- Fulfill all IT service requests raised by VIP staff of customers.
- Prepare, rehearse, and standby for meeting support requested by VIP staff of customers.
- Provide IT support services at any location requested by VIP staff of customers, e.g., outside of the office.
- Diploma or higher in Computer Science or a related discipline.
- At least 4 years of working experience in an IT-related field with solid VIP support experience.
- Knowledge of PC, mobile, tablet, and iPad support.
- Knowledge of Windows 7, 10, Apple macOS, Android, and iOS-based applications.
- Solid experience in providing IT deskside support is preferred.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in banking or the financial services industry is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently.
- Good communication skills in Cantonese, English, and Mandarin.
