- Assist in managing various digital banking products / services and optimizing customer experience continuously
- Assist in coordination of the logistics for new services / products rollout including the preparation of relevant materials for customer communication and staff training
- Assist in conducting market survey, preparing user requirements for new digital product and services as well as participating in various projects
- Participate in User Acceptance Test and provide analytical evaluations on the performance of new product development
- Carry out special assignments as assigned by team head
- University graduate or above is preferred
- At least 1 year’ experience in digital banking / digital related area
- Strong understanding on the technical aspects of digital banking services and compilation of promotional materials
- Detailed minded and ability to multi-task in fast-paced environment
- Customer-oriented with strong business acumen and analytical skills
- A strong team player with excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills to collaborate among various parties.
- Proficient in MS Office
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
