- 協助客戶處理數據中心保安的日常運作
- 協助客戶執行門禁管制／鑰匙管理系統／訪客及承辦商登記，以及所有其他保安相關系統，確保符合公司政策、程序及標準
- 協助客戶準備日常巡邏報告及事故報告
- 負責處理緊急事故，並在必要時通知客戶
- 為前線團隊成員提供培訓
- 持有效保安人員許可證及認可保安培訓課程證書 (QAS)，具備急救證書者優先考慮
- 持有學位／文憑，並具備於具規模保安公司的工作經驗
- 具備最少五年或以上保安行業工作經驗，其中三年或以上為管理級別
- 能夠獨立工作，具備較強的領導能力、自律性及良好的溝通技巧
- 良好的中文及英文書寫及口語能力
- 良好的電腦應用技巧，例如：MS Word、MS Excel 及 MS Outlook
