- Deliver exceptional customer service to residents and guests
- Manage daily leasing operations and property matters
- Conduct market research, data analysis, and prepare relevant reports
- Monitor and evaluate contractor performance to ensure service standards are met
- Supervise building staff and handle special projects as assigned
- Qualification in Real Estate or related disciplines;
- At least 4 years of property leasing experience, preferably gained in a property developer with at least 2 years in high-end residential properties;
- Strong knowledge of the Hong Kong property market and relevant regulations;
- Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese;
- Immediate availability is highly preferred
